I. PREFACE

1. Overview of the Media Outlet

PLA Daily was founded on January 1, 1956, and is the official organ of the Central Military Commission (CMC). Over the 70 years since its founding, PLA Daily has consistently upheld the Party's leadership, held high the Party's banner, actively publicized the Party's theories and line, principles, and policies, vividly reflected the construction, reform, and combat-readiness practices of the armed forces, and made important contributions to carrying forward the fine traditions of our Party and our military, shaping generation after generation of revolutionary soldiers, and supporting the growth and development of the People's Army. PLA Daily has a number of well-known brands and columns, including "Jiexinping," "Strong Military Forum" (强军论坛), and "Military Camp Observations" (军营观察). In recent years, PLA Daily Press has merged with other major military news media to form the PLA News and Communication Center, which operates 91 new-media publishing terminals including the "China Military" (中国军号) platform, reaching a total user base of 360 million. The pace of integrated media development has continued to accelerate.

2. The Media Outlet's Social Responsibility Philosophy

PLA Daily adheres to using Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to forge unity of will and purpose, deepens the arming of minds with Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military (习近平强军思想), comprehensively implements the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and all plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and thoroughly studies and implements the spirit of Chairman Xi's important address during his inspection of PLA Daily and his congratulatory letter on the 70th anniversary of PLA Daily's founding. It keeps firmly in mind its mission and responsibility of belonging to the Party and serving the military, implements the requirement of running the newspaper as a statesman would (政治家办报), grasps the correct political orientation and public opinion guidance, grasps the laws of modern news communication, strengthens position consciousness (阵地意识), adheres to seeking truth and being realistic, actively upholds the correct while innovating, and drives the construction of a more effective modern military communication system—better fulfilling the role of the primary channel for propaganda and primary guide for public opinion, better reaching the hearts of officers and soldiers, better telling the story of military strengthening, and better serving combat training and war preparedness—so as to gather powerful forces for high-quality advancement of national defense and military modernization. It actively explores the construction of work mechanisms and evaluation systems for all-media production and dissemination suited to current conditions, accelerates the deep integration of media and the systemic transformation of mainstream media, improves news production methods by relying on the "Military Media Intelligence Cloud" (军媒智云) platform, upgrades dissemination formats by leveraging "China Military" (中国军号), continuously adapts to the new situation of all-media production and dissemination, and builds an all-media communication system.

3. Awards Received in 2025

The correspondence piece "Spanning 72 Years: From 'Meeting' in the Clouds to 'Cloud-to-Cloud' Meeting" won a First Prize at the 35th China Journalism Awards; the series report "A New Journey of Military Strengthening—Accelerating the Pace" and the journalism research piece "Removing the Source of Trouble: Driving the Formation of a Sound Online Ecosystem Involving the Military" (曲突徙薪：推动形成良好涉军网络生态) each won a Third Prize at the 35th China Journalism Awards; "The Road Across the Roof of the World: A Grand 'Human' Character" (《天路纵横：一个大写的"人"》) won a First Prize in the National Newspaper Supplement Excellence Awards. The "Mountains and Rivers in the Blood" (山河血脉) column was selected as one of the Fifth China Newspaper Industry Innovation and Development Cases; "Where Are You, Girl in the Photo" (《照片上的姑娘你在哪里》) won the China Positive Energy Online Excellence Award for Written Works; "A Monumental Contribution from the PLA Daily Photography Team, Delivering a Billion Points of Visual Impact" (《解放军报摄影团队巨献，带来亿点点视觉冲击》) and multiple other products were named 2025 Strong-Military Positive Energy Online Excellence Works. In the national newspaper print quality evaluation, PLA Daily was rated a "Premium-Grade Newspaper" for the 12th consecutive year. The affiliated PLA Pictorial (《解放军画报》) won multiple awards at the 12th "Golden Eye Award" (金睛奖) selection, earning the Annual Best Pictorial Award for the 10th consecutive year and also receiving the "Annual Best Media Integration Award."

II. POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY

PLA Daily profoundly understands the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments" (两个确立), strengthens the "Four Consciousnesses" (四个意识), firms up the "Four Confidences" (四个自信), and upholds the "Two Safeguards" (两个维护). It implements the system of CMC Chairman responsibility, continuously improves political judgment, political comprehension, and political execution, vigorously publicizes the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the CMC, makes every effort to carry out major thematic propaganda and reporting, strengthens public opinion guidance, conducts public opinion supervision, enhances communication effectiveness, and tells the story of military strengthening in the new era.

1. Placing special emphasis on publicizing Chairman Xi's important thought, important activities, and the spirit of his important addresses, and completing all political tasks to a high standard with high quality and at a high level. PLA Daily carefully handles propaganda and reporting on Chairman Xi's domestic inspection tours, attendance at important meetings, participation in important activities, inspections of troops, and overseas visits, cumulatively publishing more than one thousand news dispatches, comprehensive reports, and response pieces on Chairman Xi's political activities and important thought, as well as more than 2,600 editorials, commentaries, and theoretical articles. It comprehensively and thoroughly expounds on Chairman Xi's important thought, runs key columns such as "Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military—Forging Ahead on the Path of Military Strengthening, Fighting the Hard Battle," "Continuously Deepening the Study and Implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era," and "Studying 'Xi Jinping on Strengthening and Developing the Military (Volume IV)'," and further consolidates and expands the mainstream ideological and public opinion position. Closely following major diplomatic activities, it actively expounds on Xi Jinping's Diplomatic Thought, publishing more than 40 interpretive and commentary articles centered on the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind and the four major global initiatives proposed by Chairman Xi.

2. Carefully conducting publicity on the National Two Sessions and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. High-standard completion of Two Sessions propaganda and reporting, with 34 special editions published, timely reporting on conference developments, and systematic exposition of the spirit of the Two Sessions. Comprehensive reporting on activities at all levels throughout the military to study and promote the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee; launching columns such as "The Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session in Military Camps" and "Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party," with focused reporting on the good experiences and practices of various units in thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session; publishing a series of commentator articles to strengthen theoretical exposition and ideological guidance, and driving the spirit of the plenary session to take deep root and be fully implemented in the troops.

3. Giving prominent and thorough coverage to major thematic propaganda. Adhering to the principle of centering on the overall situation and serving the larger picture, solidly conducting propaganda to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War: publishing 28 commemorative special editions; prominently publishing the "Jiexinping" article "Justice Must Prevail, Peace Must Prevail, the People Must Prevail" (《正义必胜 和平必胜 人民必胜》) and editorial and commentary articles; launching columns such as "Veterans Bear Witness—My Story of the War of Resistance" and "Spanning Time—Reports from Heroic Units," profoundly expounding on the great spirit of the War of Resistance; and publishing integrated media reports titled "Remembering History, Honoring Martyrs," vividly showcasing the bearing and spirit of the troops in inheriting the red gene and shouldering the heavy responsibility of military strengthening. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of PLA Daily's founding, a major editorial board article, "The Red Star Illuminates the New Journey—Written on the Occasion of the 70th Anniversary of PLA Daily's Founding," was prominently published along with 8 full-page special editions; seizing this opportunity, the paper focused on professional work, strengthened the team, improved quality, and built the brand, launched an electronic newspaper-review column, and activated a wellspring of mass participation in reading, reviewing, and running the newspaper.

Publishing 40 special editions of "Carrying Forward Fine Traditions, Deepening Political Rectification Training" (弘扬优良传统 深化政治整训); launching key columns such as "Carrying Forward Fine Traditions, Deepening Political Rectification Training—Military Daily Reporters' Root-Seeking Journey," "Song of Integrity and Righteousness" (清风正气歌), "Moving the Wood to Build Trust in Military Camps" (徙木立信在军营), and "Study with Reflection" (学而有思); and launching distinctive columns such as "Continuously Deepening Political Rectification Training—New Winds in Military Camps," "Series Reports on Restoring and Carrying Forward the Eleven Adherences of the Fine Traditions of Political Work," and "Continuously Deepening Political Rectification Training—What a Good Political Officer Looks Like." These efforts were carried out with momentum and quality, powerfully showcasing the new atmosphere forged through discipline and training, and fully demonstrating the role of military media as the primary channel for propaganda and primary guide for public opinion. Centered on studying and implementing the "Notice on Conducting In-Depth Study and Education on Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation Throughout the Party," a column titled "Unremittingly Implementing the Spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation" was launched, showcasing the troops' vivid practice of advancing work with a strict and solid work style. Timely publishing information on the inspection findings of central inspection teams, disciplinary violation investigations announced by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, and investigations into major safety accidents, releasing authoritative information to society. Publishing two major editorials—"Unswervingly Carry the Military's Anti-Corruption Struggle Through to the End" (《坚定不移把军队反腐败斗争进行到底》) and "Resolutely Defend the Political Character of the People's Army" (《坚定捍卫人民军队政治本色》)—along with multiple signed commentaries, making a forceful statement and setting the direction; the "Strong Military Forum" (强军论坛) column published 28 installments of "Continuously Deepening Political Rectification Training, Advancing the Rectification of Work Styles and Anti-Corruption Campaign in Depth—A Series of Discussions," demonstrating the main theme, inspiring positive energy, and providing correct public opinion guidance, value guidance, and work guidance for rectifying work styles and fighting corruption. With a focus on promoting order and standardization, solidly organizing the study and implementation of new regulations, launching columns such as "New Regulations—New Highlights" (新条令·新亮点), focusing on the important changes in the newly revised common regulations, and reflecting the vivid practices and fresh experiences of various units in studying, applying, and abiding by the regulations. III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR POSITION BUILDING

In 2025, PLA Daily adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military, strictly followed the instructions and requirements of higher authorities, strictly implemented the responsibility system for ideological work, focused on deepening political rectification training and comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline, firmly enforced political discipline and political rules, strengthened management of public opinion positions and affiliated personnel, and at all times ensured the correctness of political orientation, public opinion guidance, and value orientation (价值取向).

1. Continuously launching the large-scale integrated media series report "Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military—Forging Ahead on the Path of Military Strengthening, Fighting the Hard Battle." In conjunction with the media matrix under the PLA News and Communication Center, an all-media series report titled "Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military—Forging Ahead on the Path of Military Strengthening, Fighting the Hard Battle" was launched, featuring all-media coverage, integrated and unified publication, and coordinated network-wide operation and promotion. Thirty-seven reports were published, including "Ever-Ready, Weaving the Sky Net" (《常备不懈织天网》) and "Tempering Elite Soldiers Across Multi-Dimensional Battlefields" (《多维战场砺尖兵》), vividly recounting the stories of officers and soldiers who keep the Supreme Commander's instructions firmly in mind and devote themselves to the cause of military strengthening, and fully showcasing the People's Army's resolute steps in daring to take responsibility, uniting in struggle, and going all out to fight the hard battle of achieving the centenary goal of the founding of the People's Liberation Army.

2. Establishing a clear orientation of fighting toward and for war, and maintaining unrelenting propaganda on combat training and war preparedness. Building on the continued operation of key columns such as "Comprehensively Strengthening Combat Training and War Preparedness," "Deeply Advancing Combat-Realistic Military Training" (深入推进实战化军事训练), and "Direct Hit on the Training Ground" (直击演训场), new columns were launched such as "Deeply Advancing Combat-Realistic Military Training—2025 Garrison Training Observations," "Probing the Outposts in the Ninth Nine-Day Period of Winter" (三九探哨), and "Probing the Outposts in the Dog Days of Summer—New Changes, New Bearing" (三伏探哨·新变化新风貌), providing a comprehensive showcase of the troops' training achievements and transformation practices. Illustrated reporting was produced on major exercises and training events, including the successful completion of takeoff and landing training by three types of naval carrier-based aircraft on the Fujian (福建舰), the "Peace and Friendship-2025" joint exercise, and the "Blade-2025" International Sniper Shooting Competition. Focusing on the frontiers of intelligentized warfare (智能化战争), the military theory column "Studying Military Affairs, Studying War, Studying Combat" (研究军事 研究战争 研究打仗) was continuously published, conducting in-depth military theory research and propaganda and providing strong guidance for units to advance research and innovation in tactics and training methods.

3. Deeply advancing integrated media development, with dual enhancement of communication effectiveness and social influence. Continuing to produce the "Holographic Military Daily" (全息军报) for the National Two Sessions, achieving integration of print, television, radio, and online media through technological means. Prominently launching a "Parade Special Issue" to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, creating panoramic, large-scale integrated reporting relying on the "China Military" (中国军号) APP, with total network-wide click-throughs exceeding 5 million, achieving significant communication results and a warm social response. Through the "Military Media Intelligence Cloud" (军媒智云) system, intelligent upgrading of topic planning and distribution was achieved, enabling first-release across the entire network for major themes and three-dimensional presentation of hot topics, substantially enhancing the communication effectiveness and social influence of military news. A "Theory Frontier" (理论前沿) media account was launched on the "China Military" (中国军号) APP, publishing more than 600 articles, with multiple pieces exceeding one million click-throughs on a single platform. The integrated media column "Mountains and Rivers in the Blood" (山河血脉) continued to be published, and the relevant practices attracted focused attention from relevant departments of the Central Propaganda Department.

4. Making every effort to conduct national defense education propaganda, creating a strong atmosphere of love for national defense. Routinely operating the column "National Defense Belongs to You and Me—Opening a New Chapter in National Defense Education for All in the New Era," bringing national defense education "into" daily life; launching the column "Family Stories, Family-Nation Sentiments" (家国故事家国情), imprinting the simple and sincere family-nation sentiments in ordinary people's hearts through the stories of individual "small families." Publishing a special feature for National Defense Education Day titled "Carrying Forward the Spirit of the War of Resistance, Jointly Building the Great Wall of National Defense" (《弘扬抗战精神 共筑国防长城》), introducing the situation of military and civilian national defense education activities from the perspectives of inheriting memory, commemorating martyrs, and cultivating new generations. Planning and publishing "2025—Our 'Dream-Fulfillment Moments'" (《2025，我们的"圆梦时刻"》), listening to ordinary people's "family-nation stories," capturing the "dream-fulfillment moments" of many people who care about and love national defense, and building a solid foundation of "love for national defense."

5. Effectively conducting public opinion guidance and public opinion countermeasures, powerfully supporting the nation's political, diplomatic, and military struggles. Prudently reporting on the Eastern Theater Command's (东部战区) "Strait Thunder-2025A" (海峡雷霆-2025A) exercises conducted around Taiwan Island, and publishing the "Junsheng" (钧声) article "Those Who Scheme for 'Independence' and Provoke Will Inevitably Be Severely Punished—The Reunification of the Motherland Will Definitely Be Achieved" (《谋"独"挑衅必遭严惩 祖国统一必将实现》). In response to Lai Ching-te's separatist fallacies, timely publishing multiple "Junsheng" (钧声) articles, powerfully criticizing the Democratic Progressive Party authorities' provocative acts of colluding with external forces to scheme for independence for the sake of their own personal and partisan interests. In response to the egregious remarks of Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae, consecutively publishing "Junsheng" (钧声) articles and signed commentaries, powerfully supporting the nation's political, diplomatic, and military struggles and generating a powerful public opinion momentum—in particular, "Clamoring for Military Intervention in the Taiwan Strait Situation Will Only Lead Japan Down a Path of No Return" (《叫嚣武力介入台海局势只会把日本引向不归歧途》) was reprinted by more than 200 media outlets, with the Weibo topic read more than 240 million times. Closely following international political and military hot-button events such as developments in the Israel-Gaza conflict, the United States' accelerated construction of small multilateral military mechanisms, and Japan's continuous military expansion, publishing a series of interpretive pieces and effectively conducting public opinion struggle against the United States and the West.

IV. SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY

PLA Daily adheres to an orientation toward the troops, toward the grassroots, and toward officers and soldiers, anchors itself to the goal of achieving the Party's goal of military strengthening in the new era, tells the story of military strengthening well, serves combat training and war preparedness, and effectively stimulates the enthusiasm of officers and soldiers to study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military and to fight the hard battle of achieving the centenary goal of the founding of the People's Liberation Army.

1. Launching the column "Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War—Those Who Come After Will Carry the Banner" (擎旗自有后来人), fostering a social ethos of revering heroes. PLA Daily has for many consecutive years published a series of reports on the theme of "heroes." In 2025, seizing the opportunity of commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the "Those Who Come After Will Carry the Banner" column was launched, cumulatively publishing 17 pieces with a total readership of more than 5.4 million. Over the past year, PLA Daily has focused on the grassroots and on officers and soldiers, fully demonstrating humanistic care through warm positive energy reporting, and guiding officers and soldiers of the troops and all sectors of society to jointly build a strong and consolidated national defense.

1. Showcasing the spirit and bearing of the troops. PLA Daily implements the requirement of Party management of media to a high standard, formulates and issues "Measures for PLA Daily to Further Standardize Editorial and Publishing Work," strictly controls the political, secrecy, factual, and data checkpoints of news propaganda, strictly implements the "three reviews and three proofreading" (三审三校) system, strengthens page standardization, and ensures political safety, content safety, and publication safety.

1. Strictly implementing the review and gatekeeping mechanism. Strengthening integrated management of the entire process of planning, gathering, editing, and publishing, avoiding citation errors, historical errors, and language and logic errors. Regularly convening large pre-editorial meetings each week to analyze and summarize errors and near-misses and assess the public opinion situation.

2. At all times adhering to correct public opinion guidance. Aligning propaganda and reporting dynamically with major policies and the spirit of higher-level notices, strengthening review and gatekeeping of political orientation, policy spirit, and page language, resolutely eliminating "low-level red" (低级红) and "high-level black" (高级黑), and at all times adhering to correct political orientation and public opinion guidance.

3. Continuously conducting publication safety management. With concentrated political rectification training as the overarching framework, organizing multiple collective study sessions and special education activities, guiding all personnel to continuously dispel ideological confusion, correct value concepts, continuously strengthen political identification with the "Two Establishments" (两个确立) and the behavioral consciousness of the "Two Safeguards" (两个维护), continuously polish the color of loyalty, and at all times maintain centralized unity and purity and consolidation.

2. Governing the Party with strict discipline. IX. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFEGUARDING RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

In 2025, PLA Daily continuously standardized the management and support system for military personnel, precisely aligned with talent cultivation goals, and built a systematic cultivation system. It implemented and followed through on measures to improve the work of news gathering and editing personnel going to units for interviews, adopting the approach of "experienced personnel leading newcomers, going to the grassroots in batches" for in-depth grassroots interviews; making good use of platform positions such as the Military Daily night shift, integrated command duty, the Jiexinping creative team, and the war correspondent team for practical training; working to create a strong professional atmosphere, building and making good use of the electronic newspaper-review column, inviting retired veterans to serve as expert newspaper reviewers, and genuinely using newspaper review to promote newspaper production; running the Military Daily Professional Lecture Hall, inviting prominent figures to impart news gathering and editing experience and provide guidance on the public opinion struggle situation. Improving the assessment and evaluation system, lawfully and in accordance with regulations conducting merit evaluations and awards, professional title reviews, and promotions in an open and fair manner, giving priority to the outstanding and giving positions to those who perform, effectively stimulating the drive of news gathering and editing personnel to work and create.

X. RESPONSIBILITY FOR LAWFUL OPERATIONS

In 2025, PLA Daily strictly observed all rules and regulations on news publication, strictly implemented the CMC's regulations on stopping paid services, with neither the unit nor individuals engaging in any form of commercial activities, no dispatched institutions in local areas, no publication of illegal or non-compliant advertisements, no situations in the news gathering and editing activities that violated central news propaganda policies or news publication laws and regulations, and stable newspaper circulation.

XI. POSTSCRIPT

In response to the shortcomings in the 2024 work, PLA Daily carefully summarized and actively improved, strengthening routine public opinion and cognitive shaping (舆论认知塑势), producing high-quality reprised content from the newspaper, and continuously releasing the effectiveness of integrated communication. At the same time, it focused intensively on team building, greatly improving the comprehensive quality of news gathering and editing personnel, with the comprehensive construction of the press further advancing in a positive direction and demonstrating a new atmosphere of integrity and vigorous vitality.

(I) Shortcomings

Research into integrated communication formats is not yet sufficiently deep, and the all-media literacy of the news gathering and editing team urgently needs to be improved. Facing the profound transformation of the communication landscape, thinking and concepts need to be updated in areas such as technology application and product iteration. The deep-seated contradictions in the transformation of military training, the real difficulties in unit construction, and the ideological confusion in the growth and advancement of officers and soldiers have not been sufficiently addressed. Facing the complex situation of public opinion struggle, there is still room for improvement in timeliness and timing, pre-produced products, and tool strategies, and the precision and timeliness of public opinion guidance are still insufficient.

(II) Directions for Improvement

PLA Daily will focus on the primary duties and main business of news propaganda, take proactive action, forge ahead with innovation, bravely shoulder new missions, and demonstrate a new bearing, working hard to enhance communication power, guidance power, influence, and credibility. First, strengthen political leadership. Focusing on "studying the Thought on Strengthening the Military well and deepening political rectification training," solidly organizing collective study by the Party committee's theoretical study central group, organizing tiered theoretical rotation training for personnel at all levels, and continuously strengthening theoretical arming; centered on implementing the spirit of Chairman Xi's congratulatory letter on the 70th anniversary of PLA Daily's founding, organizing the education and practice activity of "Keeping the Supreme Commander's Instructions Firmly in Mind and Building a First-Class Military Media Outlet," vigorously restoring and carrying forward the fine traditions of war correspondents, integrating routine cultivation and shaping into post practice, and forging a news gathering and editing team that is loyal and reliable with a strong work style. Second, improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda. Strengthening planning for major themes, coordinating page resources to launch special topics and columns centered on commemorating the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March, publishing a series of theoretical and commentary articles, conducting large-scale integrated media reporting on "Re-Walking the Long March Route," and deepening integrated media production and creation. Continuing to operate special topics and columns such as "Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military—Forging Ahead on the Path of Military Strengthening, Fighting the Hard Battle," and giving full play to the role of the primary channel for propaganda and primary guide for public opinion. Continuously advancing page optimization and adjustment, consolidating and expanding the phased results of the redesign, continuously innovating content expression and improving writing style and tone, and promoting improvement in page quality. Third, concentrate efforts on serving the goal of winning. Focusing on primary duties and main business to deepen combat training and war preparedness propaganda. Using columns such as "Deeply Advancing Combat-Realistic Military Training" as a lead, innovatively operating special topics such as "Looking Ahead to 2026—New Perspectives from the Training Ground" (瞩望2026·演兵场新视线), carefully organizing propaganda on major military operations, following up with authoritative releases, in-depth interpretation, and practical reporting, and establishing the orientation of military strengthening and winning wars. Using flagship products such as editorials, Jiexinping, and Junsheng (钧声), continuously expanding mainstream public opinion and singing out the strong voice of the times, and on matters concerning national sovereignty and the image and reputation of the military, continuously setting the orientation, rallying military hearts, inspiring morale, and strengthening the sense of responsibility, gathering positive energy for military strengthening.
