Recently, the People's Armed Police Chongqing Contingent organized a concentrated showcase of distinctive cultural programs in conjunction with training on the "Outline for Grassroots Building in the Military" (《军队基层建设纲要》) and Party organization secretary training.

According to an introduction, the showcase was themed "Strengthening the Military Through Culture, Advancing Toward Combat" (文化强军向战行), with an emphasis on a combat-oriented and soldier-oriented direction. 近日，武警重庆总队结合《军队基层建设纲要》暨党组织书记培训，组织特色文化集中展演。据介绍，此次展演以“文化强军向战行”为主题，突出战味、兵味导向，采取静态展示与动态展演相结合的方式，通过图文介绍、影音展播、实物展览、实地演出等全面系统展示基层文化建设成果，着力增强部队文化建设的渗透力、感染力与传承力。动态展演环节，来自基层单位的11支特色文化队伍轮番上台，献上精彩表演，赢得阵阵掌声、喝彩声。观摩结束后，参训人员移步主题展区，参观基层官兵原创书法绘画、石刻石画、綦江版画、剪纸泥塑等文创作品，现地交流特色文化建设经验。现场，该总队还组织了“教育五步法”示范观摩，进一步正规抓教秩序、明确施教方法。
