The Haikou Detachment of the PAP Hainan General Corps conducted intensive boat operator training in recent days, structured around the hydrological and climatic conditions specific to Hainan and organized under a four-phase method moving from theory through live-water verification. This is seasonal pre-flood readiness training; it documents the detachment's standard annual cycle of building water rescue proficiency ahead of typhoon and rainy season, and its value is as a baseline record of how PAP units localize training design to garrison-area threat conditions rather than as evidence of changed posture or expanded mission scope.

In recent days, the Haikou Detachment of the People's Armed Police Hainan General Corps has organized intensive training for boat operators, focusing on actual combat requirements and tailored to the hydrological, climatic, and disaster characteristics of the unit's garrison area, with the aim of forging a sharp-edge water rescue force. The training adheres to the principle of "mission-driven, training-combat consistency (任务牵引、训战一致)" and employs a training method encompassing "theoretical instruction, foundational teaching, shore-based training, and actual combat verification." This has effectively enhanced the detachment's professional capabilities in water emergency rescue operations and laid a solid foundation for subsequently carrying out water emergency rescue and other diversified missions.
