Medical members and first responders from the Chinese Peacekeeping Horizontal Engineering Company to UNMISS, UNMISS Bangladeshi battalion, the UNMISS Level-I clinic (Wau), and other UNMISS units participated in the training. The training covered subjects such as mass casualty trauma triage, battlefield advanced trauma life support, monitoring and transport of the critically ill patient. During the training, the participants focused on potential emergencies during mission execution, analyzed the difficulties of medical evacuation in complex security environments and under challenging conditions, and shared practical skills for handling contingencies. Participants noted that the training effectively addressed practical issues encountered in their daily work. Furthermore, the exchanges and discussions with international peers enhanced mutual understanding and trust.
