In spring, on the two runways of an Air Force base's airfield, several warplanes taxi, take off, and land. Inside the control tower, a commander clicks a mouse, and a newly developed command-and-monitoring system of a certain type clearly displays the flight tracks of various warplanes.

"In the past, the utilization rate of the dual runways could never be raised; now safety is visible and efficiency is improving rapidly." The base's leadership introduced that the launch of this system is one of the results of the Party committee's leading role in tackling key problems in recent years and driving the digital-intelligent transformation (数智转型).
