Recently, the People's Armed Police Qianxinan Detachment organized a comprehensive battlefield medical rescue exercise to forge officers and soldiers' first-aid skills and break through the "last mile" of battlefield medical treatment.

"Casualties discovered at the front! Commence rescue immediately!" The exercise set up multiple types of "injuries" including fractures, gunshot wounds, and loss of consciousness, and centered on combat skills such as hemorrhage control, bandaging, debridement and suturing, and casualty transport. Course objectives were made difficult, environments were made hazardous, and situations were made complex, compelling exercise participants to handle casualties in close accordance with actual battlefield conditions.

Upon receiving the medical rescue order, rescue teams rapidly used terrain and cover features to approach "casualties" covertly, quickly assessed the battlefield environment, determined "casualty" consciousness, respiration, and bleeding sites, and decisively carried out a series of emergency measures including hemorrhage control and bandaging, fracture immobilization, and transport and evacuation.

After training concluded, officers and soldiers held discussion and exchange sessions focused on the difficult points of this rescue exercise, optimized rescue procedures based on problems exposed during the exercise, and refined emergency response plans.

近日，武警黔西南支队组织开展战场救护综合演练，锤炼官兵急救技能，打通战场救治“最后一公里”。 “前方发现‘伤员’！立即展开救援！”演练设置骨折、中弹、昏迷等多种“伤情”，围绕止血、包扎、清创缝合及搬运等实战技能，把课目设难、把环境设险、把情况设复杂，倒逼参训人员紧贴战场实际处置伤情。接到救护指令后，救护小组迅速利用地形地物隐蔽接近“伤员”，快速评估战场环境，判断“伤员”意识、呼吸、出血部位，果断采取止血包扎、骨折固定、搬运后送等一系列急救处置。训练结束后，官兵们围绕此次救护难点展开研讨交流，结合演练暴露的问题优化救护流程，完善应急处置预案。
