Recently, the Mobile Detachment of the People's Armed Police Tianjin General Corps, keeping a close eye on the operational characteristics of flood season missions, organized officers and soldiers to conduct boat and watercraft operation training, focusing on subjects including basic boat handling, formation navigation, and water search and rescue. During the training period, the detachment drew on experience and practices from flood control and emergency rescue operations in previous years, differentiating among scenarios such as river flooding, levee breaches, residential flood control and emergency rescue, and urban waterlogging, and conducted targeted practice of rescue skills in order to comprehensively enhance officers' and soldiers' water emergency rescue capabilities and ensure that, when a flood situation arises, they can respond rapidly and handle it efficiently.
