Engines Roaring! A Direct Look at Flight Training at an Air Force Brigade
Recently, a brigade of the Air Force Shijiazhuang Aviation University organized multi-subject flight training aimed at honing pilots' technical and tactical proficiency. "Timed takeoff!" With a single order from the commander, engines roared to life, and pilots took their aircraft into the sky, heading for the target airspace. During training intervals, ground support personnel likewise raced against every second: maintenance personnel endured the scorching sun in a test by fire (烤验), completing aircraft maintenance work in the shortest possible time to rapidly restore the aircraft to full readiness. Airfield operations personnel moved back and forth, coordinating support vehicles in an orderly manner, working at full intensity to complete all-element preparations for the aircraft's next sortie. Before long, the aircraft took off again, heading for altitudes of ten thousand meters to begin a new round of training.
