In the morning light, a formation of "Kunpeng" aircraft stands in imposing array. On the vertical tails, the pattern of the Five-Starred Red Flag is especially striking.

Opening the flight tablet computer, post-1990s aircraft commander Lu Qifan swipes his fingertips lightly. In an instant, golden flight tracks across dozens of countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania light up at once, converging into a magnificent network on a "digital globe."

Since entering service in 2019, officers and soldiers of an Air Force aviation regiment have traveled alongside the "Kunpeng," measuring out ten thousand li of sky. "From the map of China to the map of the world, from the globe to today's digital globe — over these seven years, we have driven the 'Kunpeng,' roared across the heavens, and our flight tracks have kept extending," said Lu Qifan.

Outside the window, a "Kunpeng" is climbing steeply with a loud roar, echoing the tracks on the screen. Inside the cockpit, young faces radiate confidence. Across ten thousand li of sky, the breath of youth rises like steam.

The wings of the "Kunpeng" are the wings of youth.

This is a young team: a post-1980s regimental commander leads the charge, post-1990s aircraft commanders press forward at the front, and a formation of post-2000s pilots follows close behind — pilots under 30 account for 60 percent of the entire regiment.

These are dazzling flight tracks: from a first flight to the snow-covered plateau just 46 days after entering service, to landing at more than 200 airports worldwide; from rushing to the front lines for disaster relief, to transporting supplies across borders during the pandemic response; from supporting the system through distant-sea patrols, to full-domain delivery of heavy combat forces…

Flying alongside the "Kunpeng," every takeoff and landing, every flight track, is a footnote to the growth of these young officers and soldiers.

Breaking Through: Building the "Kunpeng New Algorithm" (鲲鹏新算法)

The cabin door opens and pilots stride briskly down from the aircraft. The correspondent noticed that the flight bags in their hands were considerably lighter.

"Before, the bag was stuffed with checklists, maps, and plans — very heavy," said post-1990s flight instructor Jin Jian. "Now, one tablet, one water bottle — grab the bag and go."

What the flight bag shed was far more than physical weight; it also shed the inertial thinking in their minds.

The first time he sat in the "Kunpeng" cockpit, facing the LCD displays and hundreds of buttons, Jin Jian was deeply moved: "Going from an old-style transport aircraft to the Y-20, the exponentially growing flow of information felt like a towering cognitive wall."

As the first cohort of pilots in the regiment to transition to the "Kunpeng," Jin Jian and his comrades, under the regiment's leadership, worked through stacks of materials taller than a person. Dozens of key personnel, thousands of flight sorties, tens of thousands of pieces of integrated information… all ultimately condensed into 33 volumes of the Y-20 Pilot Combat Capability Development Series.

When the "basic grammar" of operating the "Kunpeng" had been established, everyone thought they could breathe easy — but then a single remark from the regiment's leadership landed heavily on every mind: "If we don't focus on technological innovation, what defeats us in the future may not be tactics, but algorithms."

Soon, the regiment established the "Kunpeng Wings" Innovation Studio, and frontline flight backbone personnel such as Lu Qifan joined. These are young "wall-breakers" (破壁者), building the "Kunpeng New Algorithm" with code.

"Let people who can fly write the flight code; let people who understand combat write the combat code." In the end, tens of thousands of lines of code, after countless rounds of verification, refinement, and iteration, hatched into the "Kunpeng Wings" Electronic Flight Bag system.

This software suite, custom-built for the "Kunpeng," encompasses more than 20 achievements including the "Kunpeng" Intelligent Examination Software and a Tactical Training Simulation System, integrating automatic route planning, rapid aeronautical chart queries, and precise data calculation.

The soil for innovation grows ever more fertile, and the boundaries of "breaking through" keep expanding.

"A crew must be an all-capable combat team. A lot of data isn't in the manuals — we have to fly it out and feel it out ourselves!" The aviation maintenance battalion proactively collaborated with research institutes and factories to improve the database and streamline response processes, with the goal of building a combat ecosystem of "shared integration and interconnectivity" (共享共融、互联互通).

Faced with the challenge of loading new equipment such as radar vehicles, aerial mechanic Chen Yunfei and his comrades "lived" in the cargo hold conducting repeated trials, producing a Quick Loading Manual and a self-developed intelligent load-planning software. They also innovated a large-crew support model that, with no change in personnel, improved support capability by 40 percent.

The regiment's weekly "brainstorming" sessions often deeply moved veteran pilots. Post-2000s pilot Wang Zihao drew inspiration from VR goggle technology and developed an immersive flight debrief system. Faced with proposals that had yet to take shape, the regiment's leadership had only one response: "If you think it works, try it boldly!"

In the simulation training center, a scale model of a Y-20 engine — whose fan blades spin when powered on — caught the correspondent's attention. From blueprint design to 3D printing, it was completed entirely by post-1990s aircraft commander Wang Hongbin and his comrades. "We don't just fly the 'Kunpeng' well — we can also get our hands on it to make it fly better and generate stronger combat power," said Wang Hongbin.

Upon hearing the regiment's innovation stories, Y-20 chief designer Academician Tang Changhong exclaimed: "The role the 'Kunpeng' plays and the performance it demonstrates in your hands have exceeded my imagination!"

Fission: The Surging "Younger Wave" (后浪)

In a howling wind, a "Kunpeng" tears through the night sky and lands steadily. The cabin door opens and a young aircraft commander steps down.

"His name is Wang Yuhao. He became an aircraft commander at 29, setting a regimental record at the time. But that record will soon be broken by even younger pilots," the regiment's political commissar said, full of pride.

Before the "Kunpeng" entered service, becoming an aircraft commander at 35 was already exceptional; today, young faces have become the main force. Veteran pilots with more than 20 years of experience have found that post-2000s pilots who have just gone solo are already "standing at the same starting line" as themselves.

Pilot Gao Rui transitioned to the Y-20 when he was not yet 23. Today, less than four years after graduation, he has participated in major missions including intercontinental delivery, international rescue, and joint exercises and training, accumulating more than 1,000 flight hours. At the end of last year, he and several comrades from the same cohort were promoted ahead of schedule, skipping a grade to co-pilot, and have entered the aircraft commander candidate cultivation program.

"We are standing on the shoulders of 'giants' — that's why we've grown so fast!" said post-2000s pilot Tao Qiwei. Facing the capability-leap demands brought by the Y-20, the regiment's Party committee keenly recognized the limitations of the traditional "master-apprentice" model. They established multiple specialized research groups, systematically integrated scattered experience, and built a standardized cultivation system in which "the model is replicable, the standards are quantifiable, and the capabilities are transferable" (模式可复制、标准可量化、能力可移植).

Standardization is the foundation of fission; differentiated training became the spark that ignites it. Multi-site dispersed training, rotational group training… efficient training organization models catalyzed a "chain reaction" in capability development.

Pilot Han Jiachen never expected that his first lesson upon arriving at the unit would be "serving as a maintenance soldier." To open up the "governing meridians" (任督二脉) between aircrew and ground crew, the regiment arranged for pilots to move into the aviation maintenance battalion in batches and strictly implement the "five togethers" (五同).

Picking up textbooks to study principles, gripping wrenches to participate in maintenance… returning to the transition front line, Han Jiachen felt different when he touched the aircraft. "Learning operations from the support side, researching technology from the combat side — many doubts suddenly became clear."

Operating a "national heavy weapon" (国之重器) requires a more cutting-edge mind. Under the regimental commander's lead, young pilots' reading lists have grown ever longer: foreign military experience, civil aviation operations and maintenance, safety systems, aerospace, artificial intelligence, big data, psychology, international relations… "Every pilot must strive to become a 'hexagonal warrior' (六边形战士), with enough interfaces built in to integrate into the system," said Wang Yuhao.

The surging "younger wave," accelerating fission in the "reactor" of systematic cultivation. In recent years, the regiment has cultivated more than 20 flight instructors and nearly 30 aircraft commanders; more than 40 crews have achieved full-crew qualification to fly all three variants of the Y-20 series; and individuals honored as Air Force "Advanced Individual in Military Training" and "Outstanding Aviation Maintenance Personnel" have emerged in succession.

On a training day, "Kunpeng" aircraft stand ready to launch. From the control tower, watching the young faces, the regimental commander's face is filled with gratification. Returning from training, this commander spontaneously wrote a calligraphy piece to share with the young pilots: "A journey of a thousand li begins beneath one's feet; a great mountain rises from the finest dust. My path is the same — in walking it, daily renewal is most precious." (千里始足下,高山起微尘。吾道亦如此,行之贵日新。)

Breaking New Ground: The "Medals" of the Pathfinders

On the airfield, a Y-20 with the tail number ending in "1" draws attention.

"In our unit, the number '1' carries a unique meaning," said the regiment's political commissar. "Our team has a dialectic of 1 and 0. Only by daring to break through — only by having this '1' — can there be progress from 1 to 10, and then to 100… We compete to be this pathfinder's '1.'"

To probe the performance boundaries of the "Kunpeng," aircraft commander Zhang Peng flew to a plateau airfield — the runway length was at the theoretical limit, with cliffs on three sides. That night, heavy snow fell suddenly. Fly, or not fly? The aircraft commander made a comprehensive assessment and decided decisively: conditions are met, fly as planned!

Dense fog blanketed the area. The moment the aircraft broke through the clouds, the airfield appeared like a solitary island in a sea of snow. Fierce winds raged; the aircraft pitched like a small boat. Zhang Peng gripped the control column with full force, making corrections, and finally landed steadily. The record of the Y-20 conquering the plateau just 46 days after entering service was thus born.

Breakthrough after breakthrough forged the "medals" of these young pathfinders —

They flew until the fuel warning light came on, determining the extreme range; they landed in strong crosswinds at airfields where civil aviation dared not land, verifying the capability to take off and land in complex meteorological conditions; they "stripped" the cabin bare, testing the maximum takeoff payload…

"These data points, bought with courage, became safety markers for those who came after." Each battle against the sky also drove continuous leaps in the "Kunpeng's" capabilities: faster takeoffs, heavier loads, more precise delivery, stronger support…

In the afternoon, the sun blazes like fire. A "Kunpeng" arrives over the airfield and suddenly executes a rapid dive maneuver… The pilot completing this high-difficulty tactical maneuver is a young aviator who became an aircraft commander not long ago.

"Until a war is actually fought, you never know how large your gaps are. For the sake of winning, we need to make more preparations." The words of flight instructor Zhang Xiaobing are the voice of every officer and soldier in the regiment.

In the winter of 2024, aircraft commander Zhou Han led his crew in flying the "Kunpeng" to South Korea to receive the remains of Chinese People's Volunteer Army martyrs. As the cabin door opened, sleet fell like blades, and the coffins of the martyrs, draped in national flags, were slowly transferred aboard.

On the snow-covered airfield, the Five-Starred Red Flag pattern on the "Kunpeng's" vertical tail blazed like a torch. The smoke of battle from the Chosin Reservoir seemed to cross time and space, reigniting in Zhou Han's heart. "In that moment, I understood more deeply what it means to win. Only by winning can we prove worthy of the victory our forebears forged with their blood and lives. Only by winning can we prove worthy of the hopes our forebears placed in those who came after," Zhou Han said with deep feeling.

Not long ago, to improve delivery effectiveness, the regiment boldly innovated on a particular training subject. This required not only bearing risk but also close coordination with sister units.

"Do you dare to jump?" the regimental commander called the other unit's commander.

"If you dare, we dare!" The reply moved the regimental commander deeply: "As pathfinders, we are not alone!"

The Journey: The "Coordinates" of the Mission

"Will we go there someday?"

In front of the world map in the office of operations staff officer Xu Liang, the discussions of comrades often echo. Those unfamiliar coordinates sketch the outline of these young officers' and soldiers' mission — the journey is still long, the summit still to be climbed.

On the day post-2000s pilot Gao Rui reported for duty, the regiment gave him and the other new pilots a map of China, a map of the world, and a globe. From then on, "coordinates" (经纬度) became a high-frequency word among him and his comrades.

Not long ago, Gao Rui returned to his high school alma mater. A parent at the school gate recognized him: "Aren't you Gao Rui, the pilot who flies the Y-20?!"

The gears of fate mesh precisely in the tide of the era. In 2017, Gao Rui — then a sophomore at a youth aviation school — wrote in his diary: "I want my teachers to see my aircraft, ideally at a military parade."

In the year of the Y-20's first flight, he was still a youth gazing up at the sky; by the time he graduated from the Air Force Aviation University, he had caught the opportunity to be among the first cohort to fly the "Kunpeng" directly.

When he first arrived at the unit, a single remark from the chief of staff — "'The 'Kunpeng's' future is in your hands'" — set Gao Rui's blood boiling: "For the 'Kunpeng' to take flight, a great wind is needed. If you are not even a peng, the wind has nothing to do with you!"

The "Eagle Diary" (雄鹰日记) — Gao Rui has been writing it for nine years. In the thick stack of diaries, the "coordinates" of Gao Rui's youth are marked —

August 1, 2024: He flew the "Kunpeng" back to the city of his alma mater, transporting new flight cadets to report to the Air Force Aviation University. "Senior flying the 'Kunpeng' to pick up juniors" went viral across the internet. He told the new cadets: "Set your sights on the next-generation fighter. The future will surely exceed your imagination."

September 3, 2025: He flew the "Kunpeng" over Tiananmen Square with precision measured in meters and seconds. After sending a screenshot of the review news photo to his high school teacher, the teacher replied: "What a wonderful feeling to see a dream come true!"

Coordinates never personally visited remain forever mere symbols. Tonga, Cairo, Anadyr… only when the "Kunpeng's" flight tracks cover these places do the marks on paper transform into the journey underfoot.

Having flown the "Kunpeng" on multiple cross-border missions, Wang Yuhao said with deep feeling: "Only when you truly fly to that coordinate point does the accumulation of capability find a solid fulcrum."

Post-2000s pilot Liu Jiajun once thought that his overseas exchange study experience in middle school had let him "understand the world." It was not until he flew the "Kunpeng" on nine overseas missions across six countries that his vision truly opened up: "The coordinates of every point are a mission radius that can be reached and must be measured."

Growth is internalizing the mission radius into a spiritual coordinate.

Not long ago, Gao Rui filmed and edited a short video titled "Searching for the 'Kunpeng'" (寻找"鲲鹏"). "There is no need to search far in the Northern Darkness — you and I are both 'Kunpeng.'" The meaning embedded in the video resonated with many comrades.

An alarm tears through the night sky, and another night training session begins. Gao Rui and his comrades grab their flight bags and run toward their aircraft, their figures passing the slogan on the barracks wall: "Train the iron fist to be ready to take off at any time; use the iron fist to be ready to fight at any time." (练铁拳随时能升空,用铁拳随时能战斗。)

The "Kunpeng" roars and leaps into the clouds. Opening the "Global Airport Operations Guide" in the electronic flight bag, this post-2000s pilot's eyes burn with intensity: "I want to fly to the places I've never been!"

青春之翼 ——空军航空兵某团官兵与“鲲鹏”同行的成长足迹 ■解放军报记者 王通化 高立英 李建文 飞行员列队行进。解放军报记者 张 雷摄 晨光中,一架架“鲲鹏”巍峨列阵。垂尾上,五星红旗图案格外醒目。 点开飞行平板电脑,90后机长卢旗凡指尖轻划。刹那间,亚、非、欧、大洋洲,几十个国家的金色航迹骤然点亮,在“数字星球”上交汇成壮丽的网络。 自2019年列装以来,空军航空兵某团官兵与“鲲鹏”同行,丈量万里云天。“从中国地图到世界地图,从地球仪到如今的数字星球,这7年,我们驾‘鲲鹏’、啸苍穹,航迹不断延伸。”卢旗凡说。 窗外,一架“鲲鹏”正以大仰角呼啸跃升,与屏幕上的航迹遥相呼应。驾驶舱内,年轻的面孔洋溢着自信。万里云天,蒸腾着青春的气息。 “鲲鹏”之翼,青春之翼。 这是一支年轻的团队:80后团长领衔奋飞,90后机长冲锋在前,00后飞行员方阵紧随其后——全团30岁以下飞行员,占了6成。 这是一道道耀眼的航迹:从列装仅46天便首飞雪域高原到抵达全球200多个机场,从抢险救灾奔赴一线到跨国抗疫运送物资,从远海巡航支撑体系到重装兵力全域投送…… 与“鲲鹏”同行,每一次起降、每一道航迹,都是这群年轻官兵拔节成长的青春注脚。 破壁:构建“鲲鹏新算法” 机舱门打开,飞行员健步走下飞机。记者留意到,他们手中的飞行包,轻便了许多。 “以前包里塞满检查单、地图、方案,沉得很。”90后飞行教员金健说,“现在,一个平板、一个水杯,拎包就走。” 飞行包,减少的远非物理重量,还有头脑中的惯性认知。 第一次坐进“鲲鹏”驾驶舱,面对液晶显示屏和数百个按钮,金健感慨万分:“从老式运输机到运-20,指数级增长的信息流,仿佛筑起一道认知高墙。” 作为团里改装“鲲鹏”的第一茬飞行员,金健和战友们在团领导带领下,啃下了摞起来比人还高的资料。几十名骨干、数千架次实践、数万条信息整合……最终凝结成33本运-20飞行员作战能力培塑丛书。 当驾驭“鲲鹏”的“基础语法”搭建起来时,大家本以为能松口气,谁知团领导的一句话,又重重落在每个人心头:“如果不注重技术创新,将来打败我们的可能不是战法,而是算法。” 很快,团里成立了“鲲鹏之翼”创新工作室,卢旗凡等一线飞行骨干加入进来。这是一群青春“破壁者”,他们用代码构建“鲲鹏新算法”。 “让会飞行的人写飞行代码,让懂作战的人写作战代码。”最终,数万行代码,历经无数验证、完善与迭代,孵化成“鲲鹏之翼”电子飞行包系统。 这套为“鲲鹏”量身定制的软件体系,囊括了“鲲鹏”考典智能软件、战术训练仿真系统等20余项成果,集航线自动规划、航图快速查询、数据精确计算于一体。 创新的土壤日益肥沃,“破壁”的边界不断拓展。 “一个机组,必须是一支全能战斗队。许多数据,说明书里没有,我们要靠自己飞出来、摸出来!”机务大队主动与科研院所、工厂协作,完善数据库,畅通响应流程,目标直指构建“共享共融、互联互通”的作战生态。 面对雷达战车等新装备装载难题,空中机械师陈云飞和战友们“住”在货舱反复试验,一本《快速装载手册》和一套自研智能配载软件应运而生。他们还创新建立大机组保障模式,在人员不变的情况下,保障能力提升40%。 团里每周开展的“头脑风暴”,常令老飞行员们深受触动。00后飞行员王子豪,从VR眼镜技术中获得灵感,开发出沉浸式飞行复盘系统。面对那些尚无雏形的方案,团领导只有一句话:“你们觉得行,就大胆试!” 模拟训练中心里,一个通电后扇片能运转的运-20发动机缩比模型,引起记者注意——从图纸设计到3D打印,皆由90后机长王宏斌与战友们亲手完成。“我们不光能飞好‘鲲鹏’,还能动手让它更好飞、飞出更强战斗力。”王宏斌说。 闻听该团官兵的创新故事,运-20总设计师唐长红院士感叹:“‘鲲鹏’在你们手中发挥的作用和展示的性能,超出我的想象!” 裂变:奔涌的“后浪” 狂风中,一架“鲲鹏”撕开夜幕,稳稳降落。舱门开启,走下一名年轻机长。 “他叫王羽灏,29岁当上机长,当时创下全团纪录。不过,这纪录很快要被更年轻的飞行员打破了。”该团政委的介绍里,满是自豪。 “鲲鹏”列装前,35岁当机长已属凤毛麟角;如今,年轻面孔已成主力。拥有20多年经验的老飞行员发现,刚放单飞的00后已和自己“站在了同一起跑线”。 飞行员高睿改装运-20时,还不到23岁。如今,毕业不到4年,他已参与跨洲际投送、国际救援、联合演训等重大任务,飞行时长超过1000小时。去年底,他和同批几名战友提前跨级晋升副驾驶,已进入机长苗子培养计划。 “我们是站在‘巨人’肩膀上,才成长得这么快!”00后飞行员陶淇玮说。面对运-20带来的能力跃升需求,该团党委敏锐察觉到“师傅带徒弟”传统模式的局限。他们成立多个专业研究小组,将零散经验系统整合,打造出“模式可复制、标准可量化、能力可移植”的标准化培养体系。 标准化是裂变的基石,差异化训练成为点燃裂变的火花。多点驻训、轮转组训……高效的组训模式,催化着能力生成的“链式反应”。 飞行员韩佳辰没想到,他下团的第一课是“当机务兵”。为打通空勤地勤的“任督二脉”,团里安排飞行员分批住进机务大队,严格实行“五同”。 拿起教材学原理,握着扳手参与维护……重回改装一线,韩佳辰感觉触摸飞机时不一样了,“从保障学操作,从作战研技术,许多疑惑豁然开朗”。 驾驭“国之重器”,需要更前沿的头脑。在团长的带领下,年轻飞行员的书单越来越长:外军经验、民航运维、安全体系、航空航天、人工智能、大数据、心理学、国际关系……“每名飞行员都要努力成为‘六边形战士’,身上预留足够多的接口,才能融入体系。”王羽灏说。 奔涌的“后浪”,在体系化培养的“反应堆”中加速裂变。近年来,该团培养出20余名飞行教员、近30名机长,40余个机组实现全员运-20系列三机通飞,先后涌现出空军“军事训练先进个人”“优秀航空机务人员”等。 训练日,一架架“鲲鹏”蓄势待发。塔台上,望着一张张年轻的面孔,该团团长的脸上洋溢着欣慰。训练归来,这名指挥员即兴写了一幅书法作品,与这群年轻飞行员共勉:“千里始足下,高山起微尘。吾道亦如此,行之贵日新。” 突破:探路者的“勋章” 机场上,一架编号尾号为“1”的运-20引人注目。 “在我们这支部队,数字‘1’有着独特含义。”该团政委说,“我们团队有个1和0的辩证法。只有敢于突破,有了这个1,才会有从1到10,再到100……我们争当这个探路者的‘1’。” 为探明“鲲鹏”性能边界,机长张鹏驾机飞向某高原机场——跑道长度是理论极限,三面悬崖环伺。任务当晚,大雪突降。飞,还是不飞?机长综合研判,果断拍板:符合条件,按计划飞! 浓雾弥漫,出云瞬间,机场如雪海孤岛。强风肆虐,战机如扁舟颠簸。张鹏紧握驾驶盘,全力修正,最终稳稳着陆!运-20列装仅46天征服高原的纪录,就此诞生! 一次次突破,铸就了这群年轻探路者的“勋章”—— 他们飞至油量告警灯亮起,摸清了极限航程;他们在大侧风中降落民航不敢降落的机场,验证复杂气象起降能力;他们“拆空”机舱,测试最大起飞载重…… “这些用胆气换来的数据,成为后来人的安全路标。”一次次搏击云天,也让“鲲鹏”的能力不断跃升:起飞更快、运载更多、投送更准、保障更强…… 午后,烈日似火。一架“鲲鹏”抵达机场上空,突然做出快速俯冲动作……完成这一高难度战术动作的,是一名刚担任机长不久的年轻飞行员。 “战争不打响,永远不知道自己差距有多大。为了打赢,我们要多做一些准备。”飞行教员张晓兵的话,正是全团官兵的心声。 2024年冬,机长周函带领机组驾“鲲鹏”赴韩国接迎志愿军烈士遗骸。舱门开启,霰雪如刀,覆盖国旗的烈士遗骸棺椁缓缓移送。 白雪覆盖的机场上,“鲲鹏”垂尾的五星红旗图案如燃烧的火炬。长津湖的烽烟仿佛穿越时空,在周函心中重燃。“那一刻,我更加理解了打赢的含义。唯有打赢,才不辜负先辈们用鲜血和生命铸就的胜利果实。唯有打赢,才不辜负先辈们对后来者的热望。”周函感慨地说。 前不久,为提升投送效能,该团对某课目进行大胆创新。此举不仅要承担风险,还需要兄弟部队的密切协同。 “你们敢不敢跳?”该团团长致电对方指挥员。 “你们敢,我们就敢!”对方的回复,让该团团长感动不已:“作为探路者,我们并不孤单!” 征途:使命的“经纬度” “将来,我们会不会去那里?” 作训参谋徐良办公室的世界地图前,常回响着战友们的讨论。那些陌生的经纬度,勾勒出这群年轻官兵的使命轮廓——航程尚远,高峰待攀。 00后飞行员高睿报到那天,团里给他和同批的新飞行员发了一张中国地图、一张世界地图与一个地球仪。此后,“经纬度”便成了他和战友们口中的高频词。 前不久,高睿重返高中母校,校门口一名家长认出了他:“你是不是那个飞运-20的飞行员高睿?!” 命运齿轮在时代浪潮中精密咬合。2017年,还在青少年航校上高二的高睿,在日记中写下:“我要让老师看到我的飞机,最好是在阅兵式上看到。” 运-20首飞那年,他还是仰望苍穹的少年;从空军航空大学毕业时,他赶上首批直上“鲲鹏”的机遇。 初到部队,参谋长一句“‘鲲鹏’未来在你们手里”,让高睿热血沸腾:“‘鲲鹏’起飞,需要大风。如果你连鹏都不是,风就与你无关!” “雄鹰日记”,高睿一写就是9年。厚厚一摞日记里,标记着高睿青春的“经纬度”—— 2024年8月1日:他驾驶“鲲鹏”返回母校所在地,运送新飞行学员赴空军航空大学报到。“学长开‘鲲鹏’接学弟”全网刷屏。他对学弟说:“把目标定在下一代战机!未来,定会超乎想象。” 2025年9月3日:他驾驭“鲲鹏”以米秒不差的精度飞越天安门广场上空。受阅新闻照片截图发给高中老师后,老师回复:“梦想成真的感觉真好!” 未曾亲历的经纬度,永远只是符号。汤加、开罗、阿纳德尔……当“鲲鹏”的航迹覆盖这些地方,纸上的标记才化为脚下的征途。 驾驭“鲲鹏”执行过多次跨国任务后,王羽灏深有感触地说:“真正飞到那个坐标点,能力的积累才找到坚实的支点。” 00后飞行员刘嘉骏曾以为,中学时海外交流学习的经历让他“看懂了世界”。直到驾驶“鲲鹏”9次执行境外任务、飞越6个国家,他的视野才豁然开朗:“所有点位的经纬度,都是可抵达、需丈量的使命半径。” 成长,就是将使命半径,内化为精神坐标。 前不久,高睿拍摄剪辑了一条短视频《寻找“鲲鹏”》。“不必远寻北冥,你我皆是‘鲲鹏’。”片中寓意,引起许多战友共鸣。 警报声撕裂夜空,又一次夜训开始了。高睿与战友们抓起飞行包奔向战鹰,身影掠过营区那道标语:“练铁拳随时能升空,用铁拳随时能战斗。” “鲲鹏”怒吼着跃上云层。点开电子飞行包里“全球机场运行指南”,这名00后飞行员眼神灼灼:“我想飞那些没到过的地方!”
